The production process of
toilet paper
1. Put the wood used for making paper into a rolling cylinder and remove the bark.
2. Put the peeled wood into the chipper and they will be cut into pieces.
3. Send the wood chips to the digester, the chemicals in the digester will turn them into wood pulp.
4. The wood pulp is washed and bleached before being fed into the mixer. Wood pulp will be mixed with water and minerals to become pulp.
5. Feed the pulp into the paper machine. Here, the pulp is partially dehydrated and becomes a wet pulp ribbon, in which the fibers are gently pressed together by the rollers.
6. The pulp tape moves along the blanket-covered tape and loses some of the moisture and becomes tighter.
7. Use a roller with a very smooth surface to iron and press the surface of the paper to be smooth, then wrap it around a large roller, and transport the large tube of paper to the factory or further cut it to make paper products.
The most important thing in toilet paper processing is equipment, which will directly affect the output, quality, and cost of finished paper. The main machinery used in
toilet paper processing is the toilet paper rewinder.
1. Rewinding - the main purpose of the
toilet paper rewinding machine is to process the large roll paper into long strips of toilet paper rolls.
2. Paper cutting - Cut the long strips of toilet paper to the required length by the paper cutter.
3. Packaging - The packaging can be packaged by a packaging machine or by manual packaging. The semi-finished
toilet paper is packaged and then sealed by a sealing machine.
